I made a service appointment to have the Pinon gasket replaced and after checking in and paying for the inspection I was told they did not have the part in stock. They said they had to inspect it before replaced and after checking in and paying for the inspection I was told they did not have the part in stock. They said they had to inspect it before deciding if it really needed replacement. So now I have to reschedule another service appointment. You should have at least told me when I made the appointment this policy so I could have provided proof of the need for replacement or made other arrangements. More

When I arrived at the dealership, the service team was extremely friendly and helpful. They even asked when I wanted my car to be completed! The mat on my drivers side was caked with mud, dirty finger prints were on my glove box, and items from my glove box were on the floorboard of my passenger side. More
