The service department personnel, Shanna and River, that I interacted with were courteous and helpful. They told me that I could follow the progress of the maintenance on my vehicle via text messaging and i I interacted with were courteous and helpful. They told me that I could follow the progress of the maintenance on my vehicle via text messaging and it worked flawlessly. My vehicle was ready sooner than I actually expected as I elected to wait for it and that was a pleasant surprise as it allowed me to get to other tasks I had in town sooner. I paid exactly what I expected to pay for the service and they told me how much my next maintenance was likely to cost. I liked the principle of no surprises. Finally, on top of all that, they processed my payment themselves as the cashier was at lunch at the time I was ready to leave. I thought that I would be disappointed as the dealership had changed ownership after literally decades at this location but such was not the case. Please keep up the good work. More

Given these are new owners, only have one oil change visit since the change. That was very positive with responsive service from the service managers. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a service dept. they didn’t do a complete inspection, did minimal. I paid for what they did. They didn’t do oil change or tire rotation as I asked. Said when I came they didn’t do a complete inspection, did minimal. I paid for what they did. They didn’t do oil change or tire rotation as I asked. Said when I came back to get brakes on they would do it then. I declined as they already lost my trust. They had a bill made up, assuming I would have my oil changed with the added $150. I had already talked to another Subaru service and they were shocked. The will do a full inspection including checking CVT for free when the change my oil and rotate tire. They are concerned for my safety not just greedy. No I will never go back!!!River should be fired and the management needs to go through Subaru training!!! More
