I've had many "not so good" experiences with numerous car salesmen, many who have wasted my time and always tried to up-sell. About a year and half ago, Shannon Brady helped me purchase a new Rav4 for my daughter (after she and I had visited a number of other dealers -- which were time wasters). He let her choose the vehicle she wanted and, at the same time he respected my budget. The whole car buying experience was very smooth and there were no unwelcome surprises when it came time to "do the deal." Shannon is extremely knowledgeable about all Toyota vehicles and he's not at all pushy. He listens to the customer's needs and make spot-on recommendations. When I needed another vehicle last week, I didn't shop at any of Toyota's competitors nor any other Toyota dealers. Rather than waste my time, I went straight to Charles Maund and asked for Shannon Brady. As before, he understood my needs; he answered all my questions; he made sensible recommendations; and he gave me a very good price. I currently own six Toyota vehicles. And when I need another new car, I'm returning again to Charles Maund as long as Shannon Brady is still there. Of course, I'd also recommend him to any of my friends who are in the market for a new vehicle. More
