If Shannon is not one of the top Toyota salespersons in the country, we think he should be. The deal that we struck with Shannon is one of the best car purchases we have ever made. We are going to get a lot of use out of this Sequoia. Shannon really pays attention to satisfying the customer by listening and providing a high quality service and product. Genuine Shannon provided great service. He is a genuine, straight shooter and does not play games or pressure customers. He made the car buying experience a Shannon provided great service. He is a genuine, straight shooter and does not play games or pressure customers. He made the car buying experience as hassle free as possible; which is seemingly rare in most dealerships. I recommend Shannon and Charles Maund Toyota so much, that I actually took time to write this review (probably a first for me to actually follow through with a review or take a survey, etc). I believe a business deserves to be commended when they actually provide good service. And I believe they care about each customer's experience. Should I need to get a new vehicle in the future, I really have no intention of considering any dealership that's not Charles Maund Toyota. Thanks for the service. More
