I had appointment for Oct 8 to have a recall taken care of. After arriving there from Greeneville and them taking the car to the back they informed me that they didn't have the correct part. This was my first experience with the service department. I was impressed with the valet style check-in process. When service was complete, I received a text with amount due $0.00. I returned to check-in I was impressed with the valet style check-in process. When service was complete, I received a text with amount due $0.00. I returned to check-in and told the gentleman I received a text my vehicle was finished. I was pointed in the direction of checkout. That was somewhat confusing as I expected a technician to explain the outcome of my reason for service but instead, I had to ask the lady at checkout. Hopefully my issue is resolved but department flow is well-oiled for the amount of service you all do.. Overall, I feel like I had a great experience. More
