I recently purchased a 2020 Kia Telluride and had the best experience I’ve ever had at that particular dealership. Our previous Kia we purchased at a Kia dealership closer to our house and the experience didn’t even come close. I will now purchase all of my vehicles from Peak Kia even though it is almost an hour from my home. Shannon is the gentlemen that I worked with when I purchased my new vehicle and he is the main reason I will come back to this dealership. His professionalism carries him in a no pressure kind of way and he is very knowledgeable throughout the process. I am still getting follow ups from Shannon just to see how my new car is doing. I never once felt any pressure or that feeling you get when you think you’re about to get taken advantage of. If you stop by Peak Kia and Shannon isn’t around, ask for Jimmy. He’s of the same caliber and will treat you with the same professionalism and also give you the best deal possible. More

He had no problem with that and helped show me around to the different models Kia offers and even educated me about new vehicles that Kia is soon to bring to market like the Kia Telluride. That vehicle sounds like it is going to disrupt the market. Shannon was very helpful, very informative and knows not only Kia products but the industry in general. When I am in the market, I will be stopping at Peak Kia to work with Shannon and move forward with the purchase of a new Kia vehicle. P.S. Peak Kia now offers a LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY!!!
