Let me say that I came in just to check a car out and had no intention of purchasing a vehicle. Shannon was not pushy in his sales tactics. He took the time to show me all the features on a couple of vehicl no intention of purchasing a vehicle. Shannon was not pushy in his sales tactics. He took the time to show me all the features on a couple of vehicles and we test drove one. Although I was highly interested at this point, I was concerned with the trade-in of my current vehicle and the amount of $ I would get for it. HOLY MOLY, he was able to keep my payments close to the same and we made a deal. Not only would I recommend Peak Kia, I will send everyone to Shannon Nicoletti. He has a passion for great service and he is a wealth of information. My fiance and I are looving the new Soul. I just wish I had a Hamster Chauffeur to drive me around... :-) THANKS SHANNON!!!!! More

My first car buying experience was not nearly as stressful as I was anticipating it would be. Shannon was a new sales person and made sure I found a car that worked for me in my budget. I appreciated that he was up front when he didn't know the answers to my questions and then went and found the answer. I felt very little pressure to buy and was able to drive and compare many cars. I'm happy with my 2007 Kia Spectra. I spent a lot of time looking online. Peak Kia had the most selection by far and a lot of information on their website so I felt pretty informed going in. I do wish I would have asked a few more questions, especially about the warranty I purchased. I made the mistake of not asking the total cost, just how much it would increase my monthly payment. I was also a little confused about what exactly it covers, it ends up that it doesn't cover as much as I thought. I felt a little rushed in the final paper signing stage but am still happy with my purchase, experience and my payments. More
