My husband and I were so impressed with the service and friendliness, not to mention the best deal we could have asked for on our new car. Our sales person, Shannon Nicoletti was so nice and patent with us in explaining all the details of the Cadenza & later hooking up all technical things for us. That car is wonderful, but so many features, it was kind of mind blowing. We had started out by looking at the Optima and Sorento due to the zero interest and Shannon didn't press or push - he just nicely explained the features. What was the best & most surprising of our experience with Peak Kia was that our sales person was TRUTHFUL and he did everything he said he was going to do. I'm afraid I can not remember the name of the finance person, but he also was extremely helpful and friendly. We are so impressed with Peak Kia - we would recommend it to everyone we know, along with Shannon. More
