5 star experience I started looking around about a month ago dreading the whole process again because I have less then perfect credit. I put in a pre app for financing and got a call the next day saying I pass pre approval and a sales person would call me soon, Shannon called me five minuets later and scheduled with me to come in four days later. My fiancé and I arrived for the appointment still dreading the whole process thinking it was gonna be like every other time. Was I wrong he was very patient with me and being picky about what I really wanted we found a vehical I loved after 2 no's and he and his team literately did everything they could to get me into that car, the whole process took 4-5 hours and at the end of it all, I drove away in the car I wanted!!! I love it thank you Shannon for helping me get the car I want and help keep the family we are building safe!! Sincerely grateful Tiffany and Robert More

I contacted Shannon Nicoletti last week looking for a new vehicle. He was quick, and very helpful. I have never had this great of service from any dealership that I have worked with. I came from 60+ miles to vehicle. He was quick, and very helpful. I have never had this great of service from any dealership that I have worked with. The process was very quick and friendly. I was treated well by my salesperson and finance manager. He offered me choices between new and used. I still love the car and they made it very easy. I went to another dealer prior to this and their salesperson was kind of slimy so this was a refreshing change. I love the Kia model and Peak Kia's customer service is the best I would recommend this to anyone. More

I did a little bit of shopping on-line just seeing what was out there for me. I was on Peak Kia's website and found a vehicle that I was interested in so I contacted them on the phone. I got the pleasure of being greeted by Shannon who answered all my questions. This was my first car buying experience so I had every question to ask before actually going to a dealership. He was honest and very genuine, as we set up an appointment for me to come in. When I got there, he welcomed me to his desk and explained the best way to go about it so we didn't find a car that was too out of price for me. He got my credit information and worked with Kristy Lawson who put all the financing together. He showed me a couple cars that fit my budget and so we test-drove them. Shannon answered everything I needed to know about the car and make it so easy. I got into a Kia Optima that will work awesome for me and my kids and is safe which is HUGE for me. Thank you for the pleasant experience Shannon and Kristy and I will be back one day. I think I'll get another Kia too, this ones been great so far. More

I came into Peak Kia looking for something new, something different. I was greeted by Shannon who seemed to be very laid back and not pushy. This put me at ease because I'm used to the 5 different sales guys all coming out at once. We looked at a few cars, test drove a couple and I felt as though I had found the right one. Although I wasn't sure if it would fit my budget, Shannon recommended to go inside and see what it would really be so I had all the information. Peak Kia is a top notch store. They have very comfortable chairs, free water and a nice waiting lounge with plenty to keep you at home. After looking at the numbers, calling insurance and making sure it all fit together I decided to go ahead with the deal. The paperwork was easy and fast and Sean the finance guy is a huge sports fan so it made it fun! I love my new car, and I will be back in the future. All my friends will know who to ask for when they are in the market for their next car!Great job Shannon and the entire Peak Kia staff! More

I did not visit Peak Kia, but I contacted them regarding a used Ford Escape they had listed on the internet. I got a fairly quick response from Shannon. When I originally contacted Peak Kia, I had asked a a used Ford Escape they had listed on the internet. I got a fairly quick response from Shannon. When I originally contacted Peak Kia, I had asked a couple of specific questions regarding the Escape. I responded to Shannon's email with the same questions. Later that day, Shannon called me, verifying what information I was looking for. I told him, plus I asked about the two accidents that I found listed when I did a VIN search on the vehicle. He said he would get back to me. I heard nothing for over four days. What I finally got was a form letter email (easily identified by the contact and by the fact that my name, etc., were in a different font), asking if I was still interested in the Escape and that they would like to help me find a vehicle, etc. That was it. When I responded to that, I heard nothing and have heard nothing since. I was encouraged by the high rating Peak Kia got in Dealer Rater. However, this was unfortunately not substantiated by my experience and I would not buy from them. More
