I had called Shannon the day before we came in and he was helpfull over the phone. When we went in the next day we was there to show me the cars that we had talked about. When we went to take a test drive they did not need to see my driver license, or fill out any papers. When we got back we had told him that we thought we heard a noise, Shannon told us to go out and test it again. He wanted us to make sure that we were sure with what we wanted. Shannon and Michelle were both great. My credit, like so many people right now, is not good. However they were able to quickly get me into another vehicle when my car engine failed. I purchased my 2011 Kia Sorento back in middle of July, I waited to write this to make sure everything went smoothly through my first payment. My sales rep Shannon Nicoletti was fantastic, very knowledgable about all the Kia products and honest through-out the process. When figuring the monthly payments, Mike Byerly was great on giving me options on 60 months, 66 months and 72 months, he never made it feel like I was asking too much. They were fair on my trade as well. The finance office was fantastic, first signing with Michelle Ourefelli due to a BUSY day at the dealership and she wanted to lend a helping hand. Later was found a computer error on the VIN #, for the contract, but Cory Nelson was very helpful and apologetic about getting that fixed. All in all, this was by far the best experience at any dealership. I will be recommending friends and family to Shannon Nicoletti and Peak Kia for the great service I was provided. Once again, I'd like to say thank you Mike, Michelle and Cory for all you did it was a pleasure! More

I have been without a car for about 2 months, and was completely dreading car shopping. The first several dealerships I went to were pushy, sleazy car salesmen. I filled out the Pre-Approval on their website and someone called me within a few minutes. I have less than stellar credit, so was shocked when the Finance Manager called to tell me a bank was interested. In the past, the car shopping task has taken nearly four hours. When I walked in, they had already done the financing part. Michelle and Kristy picked out a few cars for me to test drive that were in my budget. Once I came back from the test drives, they showed me the CarFax for the car I wanted. About 30 minutes later, I walked out with my new (to me) car. It was completely hassle-free. I will never buy a car anywhere else. More
