The web application form is dated. Why are required fields allowed as optional on the form? Why don't you ask for lease term length on the form? I can buy cars online without ever seeing them and purchase a house online but Peak Kia makes me come into the dealership to sign paperwork?!?!?! My favorite fee was the $600 for handling and processing. You didn't touch the car, it was a lease buyout. So I paid $600 for you to print out papers and have me sign them?!?!?! The people were nice and helpful, thank you. The overall experience felt dated, ESPECIALLY during a pandemic. What better time to adapt for your customers. More
