I told them to take a look at my transmission to fix something and ended up getting something fixed for 1,800. Them when I called back and said I’m still having transmission problems. I was told I had to pay another diagnostic fee after I already said something was wrong with the transmission and I already paid for one during my prior visit. Why would I pay for a diagnostic and you just ran one last week??? That’s made me angry More

This was a recall and oil change service. Upon arriving, I needed to wait for an available agent for around 5 minutes. This was odd as the other 3 agents were doing paperwork and chatting with no other cust I needed to wait for an available agent for around 5 minutes. This was odd as the other 3 agents were doing paperwork and chatting with no other customers in the area, while my agent was on another call. It would be more efficient to clear any active queue and not make customers wait just to check in. Once free, the agent informed me that it could take up to an hour to update the system and do the oil change. It took a bit longer, but it was okay because the waiting area had WiFi and enough space for me to do remote work. Checkout was smooth with no issues. Overall, I like this service center but their customer engagement points (check-in, timing updates, final handoff) could be better. More
