My car, Subaru Legacy I bought new in 2010. Today is July 31,2021. My legacy died quietly of engine trouble. In my whole owning experience I always buy new and drive till the engine is no more. For 11 years, not much service did I require, but each and every visit, regardless of the bill, Shannon has gone up and over the rating of supreme customer service agent. At times, a repair required research due to the fact it was just over the warranty period, but Shannon took the time and researched the best way to keep costs down. Always listened, never brushed me off, always made me feel my concern was as important to her as to me. And Shannon is the ONLY reason, that we are buying our next vehicle at this particular Subaru dealership. We are willing to wait for delivery, tho other dealers have the vehicle we want. I look forward to continuing our relationship with Shannon and all the staff at Subaru of Watertown.Thank you, Nita Acosta More

Great Experience at Premier in Watertown Wow! What an amazing experience I had dealing with the staff at Premier in Watertown. I was in the market for a new car. Since my brother is a car d Wow! What an amazing experience I had dealing with the staff at Premier in Watertown. I was in the market for a new car. Since my brother is a car dealer, he called and spoke to Joe Hernandez who assured him that he would help me out. The following day, I arrived at Premier and was immediately greeted by Joe and Bill Larovera. They were both were friendly, professional and just genuinely nice. Joe called on AJ Daluz who showed me the car, took a test drive with me and gave me the price. AJ was awesome. He was knowledgeable, kind and excellent at the job he does. When I picked up the car, AJ ran out to greet my brother and myself. When my brother noticed a scratch on the car, AJ quickly jumped into action and took care of it. Next, I was taken to see Gretchen Guevara. Gretchen went over all my options and paper work. Gretchen was phenomenal. She was extremely friendly and I felt like I knew her for years. Finally, AJ introduced me to Kendrick Talho. Kendrick took me to the car and went over every single thing in that car. He spent a good amount of time in the car with me and made sure I understood everything. Kendrick was so thorough and extremely patient. I did call with questions about the phone pairing and Carlos met me outside and took care of getting me the software update that was needed. So a big shout out to Carlos and the Service Department also. All in all, everyone I had to deal with at Premier was beyond excellent. Joe, Bill, AJ, Gretchen, Kendrick, Carlos and the Service Department have my highest compliments and best recommendation in each of their respective positions. Anyone looking to buy a car should definitely check this place out. Premier should be very proud to have these individuals as employees. More

A few weeks ago, I unexpectedly found myself in need of a new car. From the 1st minute on, salesperson Vincent Davis made this a very positive experience. Not only was he kind, professional, & very easy to work with, he went above & beyond, & found me the perfect vehicle. He knew exactly which vehicle & equipment before I did, & he made the whole process completely comfortable. All costs were crystal clear, there were no surprises at the end, & I never felt pressured. This has been the easiest & best experience I've ever had buying a car. Premier Watertown is the best, and Vincent, I can't thank you enough! And thank you Bill, Joe, & Shannon as well. I love my 2020 Forester, it is perfect! More

I brought my 2017 Impreza in yesterday for a routine oil change, which I bought from another dealer in CT, from the minute I walked in the door I knew I made a great choice!! They even got me a shuttle ride back to Naugatuck..John the man who drove me was Amazing. He dropped me at my door and even waited til I was in my apartment safe. Easy, Painless, Stress Free Car Buying Experience I took my 2017 Subaru Outback in for an oil change and a question regarding window operation. Shannon Way, Customer Relations Manager, was friendly, p I took my 2017 Subaru Outback in for an oil change and a question regarding window operation. Shannon Way, Customer Relations Manager, was friendly, professional and assured me that all would be taken care of. In the meantime, I went downstairs to the showroom to find out about a trade-up offer I received. I had the privilege of working with Sales Consultant, Sarah Ritenour, who is both professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I ended up calling my husband and making the deal. It was quick, easy, and painless. There were a few kinks along the way which were expertly handled by JB, the General Sales Manager. In less than a week, we were picking up our new 2019 Subaru Outback Limited. We then spent time with Darlene Lopez, Product Specialist, who went over all of the features, gadgets, and gizmos in our new vehicle. She patiently explained all of the new changes and upgrades from our previous model. She paired our phone and got us all set up. Next we met with Juan Peguero, Finance Specialist, who went over all of the final figures and the documentation for our trade-in and the new loan. I would have to say that each of these employees made our car buying experience a pleasant one. They were all extremely knowledgeable in their area of expertise and each was very accommodating with respect to our needs. This is our sixth Subaru and our second purchase at Premier. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process. The only downside to the new car purchase is that Premier Subaru no longer offers the Premier Maintenance Advantage as part of the new vehicle purchase program. It offered four free oil change and tire rotation services with each purchase. I think that they are missing an opportunity to keep customers coming back in on a regular basis. If I had not come in for the oil change, I would not have purchased a new vehicle. They should seriously revisit that program offering. More
