I spent two days trying to get my wife her dream car , was told I only needed to put 1K down and send over some paper work. I agreed and did just that. Once I completed everything I didn’t hear from them for over 2 hours just to be told “ sorry someone is working the deal” “ there is nothing I can do “ after I spent two full days getting them everything they needed and not to mention it took them a day to respond to my messages. I wouldn’t use them if they were the only place on earth I could get a car I would rather walk the rest of my life then give them business. More

"1st Class Service in Sales/Finance" but poor service dept. Please ask for Salesman, Alexander Avila and Shany in Finance. When we first arrived we were not greeted. there were sales persons around the desk as Please ask for Salesman, Alexander Avila and Shany in Finance. When we first arrived we were not greeted. there were sales persons around the desk assisting their perspective customers and 2 young ladies sitting behind computers on each side of the sales desk when you first enter the building; they are the persons you see first to get checked-in. However, if they politely spoke and said "Good day, can either of us check you in" or "Can I assist you"; instead of the small sign that says check-in here first, that can easily be missed by a first time visitor, it would make getting started much easier. So,once we checked in we were introduced to Alex things went smoother; and he was very nice, so pleasant and such a people person. Alex listened to what I wanted and assisted us with looking up the vehicles of interest on the computer so that we could get the correct stock# and pull the vehicles for test driving. That process took about 45 min and I made my decision; wait time to be called in to finance took too long for me, that was another hour of just waiting but, Alex kept checking on us and went to finance to get things moving along. Alex escorted us into Shany office for the finance process which went quickly and smoothly, Shany was very knowledgeable but, some things were not discussed or disclosed to us before hand and in reading my contract I missed or overlooked somethings. So Buyer beware and PLEASE READ every detail of your contract and the listed "PURCHASE INFORMATION", there is a charge on there for "ETCHED SHADOW MARK" that I DID NOT ask for , was NOT informed about but I was CHARGED for it; and I am still trying to get a call back in regards to it being removed. Here is were things go very bad, "THE SERVICE DEPT".... We waited over an hour for them to verify my auto insurance which I had already added myself and the declaration of insurance page was already in my folder. No one updated us on what was going on but the employees were just sitting around chatting amongst themselves. We had to keep going over to them asking who had my folder and what was the hold up for me getting my vehicle tagged and keys so that I could leave. Finally after an 1hr 30min we got the keys and left. I was suppose to get a call from service in about 2 days to bring my truck in for 2 new tires, they never called and I had to call several times to complain, after 3 weeks I got my appt to come in; again POOR service department employees, they don't greet you, speak or keep you updated on your service progress while waiting, long wait time over an hour and the waiting area itself is unfriendly! There are no magazines, no television, NO free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water or doughnuts!! I get all that at a Dodge, GMC, Jaguar & Mercedes Benz Dealer Service Departments. "HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT" More
