AMAZING From the moment my husband and I walked in the building we had an excellent experience. We walked in and was greeted by a nice young lady. she signed us in and then maybe a minute later Juan introduced himself and helped us out. straight down to the point, which is great. we had an idea of what three vehicles we wanted to look at because we did some research online before we got there. He let us take out time looking at the vehicles and comparing. we discussed them and took the one we wanted out on a test drive. He was super patient and understanding of the details that I was looking for because I have two children. Patience is a hard thing to come by now in customer service but, he totally had it! You can tell that he truly cares about the people he comes in contact with. while my husband and I were waiting on the finance part to be taken care of, we watched the other employees, they too were super helpful and very customer service oriented. The man who took care of our trade in gave us top dollar. once we were brought back to Shanny, he helped us with our contract. took his time and explained the options and even helped us save more money. The nice woman in the back helped me transfer the insurance with ease. did not even need to make a phone call. :) I have and will continue to express how amazing everyone here has been. This dealership takes top notch care of their guests. My family and I are super happy with the purchase we have made. Thank you to everyone that had a part of our experience. More
