I have to say everything was pretty easy, and the finance guy was very friendly and detailed, till after walking out to finance. The Insurance Verification Person and Delivery person was lack luster. You spend a good chunk of change on a high end vehicle, detail should take all the sales stickers off, rather then a girl with a spray bottle and a razer blade and left smudge marks on the windows. And to spend an hour waiting for them to transfer license plate and give you the keys was a little nerving specially after being there for 5 hours. Still have some kinks to work out in the delivery process, but worth the inpatience with the quality of cars and sales people willingness to help. More

Mom-Approved I am not a regular mom, I am a cool mom (smiles). However, the thought of buying a new car and going through that ordeal is so stressful, specially as I am not a regular mom, I am a cool mom (smiles). However, the thought of buying a new car and going through that ordeal is so stressful, specially as a “cool” parent. I am in my early thirties, and grew up in NYC... so I like stylish things, and love a good bargain. But when it comes to buying a vehicle, one where your most loved ones will be in 24/7 it kinda throws off your “wish-list”. So, after browsing around (no exact car in mind) I bumped into H Greg, and was impressed by their vast fleet! I was introduced to Marcos Gomez and he assisted me through the process of helping me find the right car for my family. I knew I wanted a luxury vehicle, not too flashy, but definitely eye-catching... it had to be safe and not cost us a left lung! (Are you with me so far?) okay... he helped us narrow our selection to three vehicles, all different but all met the criteria I was looking for. He patiently and knowledgeably answered all my “consumer report-esque” questions and guided me through navigating the cars during the test-drives. Now, the reason I am really writing this review is because I KNOW for a fact I am not an easy cookie to deal with... I like what I like, I respect my budget and I absolutely hate being pressured. My experience with Marcos definitely eliminated the negative stigma around “dealer-haggling” and sales pitches. The prices listed at H Greg are what they, and actually below Lellwy Blue Book value. I was ensured with every choice that my selections passed the car-fax reports... and Marcos explained what each item meant on these.. and definitely made my decision making a more intelligent one. I will recommend H Greg and Marcos to anyone, specially to a newbie at buying cars on their own, and someone who even lacks car knowledge... there is no room for lies, tricks or mysterious pricing. The car fax are there, the price is firm and when you have the guidance of Marcos you are in best hands. Today I bought an M6, I am the coolest mom on the block! Worst customer service Despite wait time being so long. On 3/10/19 I purchased a car when I got home tires where bad u can see wires. Very safe !!!! So I tried getting in touch with finance I got charged with lux care 899 which car was clean carpet but the dash and seat I did not see no difference the dash u can see water dry spots. This is horrible. Also gps 899 charge. That was not explained and road side 499 that I do not need. I called this lady suppose manager said Shany is busy she left email it will be answer shorty. Day 2 I called manager got my info number then said o he on vacation but we can help phone got dropped I did not get no call nothing. What a wonderful experience. Right!!! I done called this store least 10 times More
