She let me know that she cared about me as a person and made me feel that she wanted to put me in the car that would be best for me personally. I was undecided between a CR-V, an Accord Hybrid and an Accord sedan, along with the many different models of each. She took the time to let me know the advantages and disadvantages of each, along with which one she felt would be the best choice for me. She also offered me a price that was hard to beat. Tyler also was very nice to work with. He took his time in telling me all about the workings of the cars I was considering, and answered all of my questions. All in all, a very pleasant car-buying experience!! When I'm ready to buy another car, I'll definitely go back to Dick Brooks Honda and Sharon Grillo. More

We love our Honda Accord Sharon was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. This was the first time we ever bought a car without having to negotiate the price. I had traded in my 3 year old 2-door Civic Si (also purchased with Sharon), because, though I liked it, I missed the convenience of 4 doors. I always know I will get a great deal, feel no pressure, and be treated like family--I have never had such wonderful experiences buying cars anywhere else. So, when my best friend's daughter wanted to buy a Honda Fit, I took her straight to Greer, and Sharon, at Dick Brooks Honda. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Sharon Grillo at Dick Brooks Honda and she was a breath of fresh air. I first contacted her via the internet with a very guarded attitude but after exchanging several emails, we spoke on the phone and then I visited the showroom to meet her, in person. Sharon didn't attempt to play any of the typical, car dealer games with me and I had a great experience with the purchase of our new, Honda Crosstour. She is a great example of how automobile salespeople should conduct themselves and Dick Brooks Honda is very lucky to have her as an employee. I am also extremely happy with the new Honda that we purchased almost nine months ago and if we find ourselves in need of another automobile, Sharon will be the first person that I call. More
