We were thrilled with our experience at Dick Brooks! We contacted Sharon via email and everything she said she would do she did! We came in with a specific car in mind and and drove off a little over an ho contacted Sharon via email and everything she said she would do she did! I am so thankful I went to Dick Brooks Honda. This was the first time of buying a new car and Sharon and Matt were so patient and helpful in showing me everything I needed to know about the Honda Civic I the first time of buying a new car and Sharon and Matt were so patient and helpful in showing me everything I needed to know about the Honda Civic I bought. Sharon got my loan approved before I ever entered the doors of the dealership which gave me the freedom of knowing I would not be turned down after seeing a car I wanted. Matt took me for a test drive, and explained things about the car I needed to know before, during and after the test drive. During the time all the paper work was being processed, I was not left alone, as Sharon and I got to know a little about each other. After signing all paper work, the car was cleaned and ready for me to drive it home. I was escorted out the door by Sharon and Matt, while both went over the car making sure everything looked perfect, and with big hugs from both, I was on my way with them making sure I had no questions and that I felt comfortable with everything. Early the next morning I received a call from Matt to see if everything was good and if I was pleased. I cannot thank them enough for the service I have received and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new Honda Civic. More
