Sharon arranged for a loaner car for our daughter to drive until the car we wanted was delivered to the dealership. Then, she had the car delivered to our daughter at school! When I went in to "Just look" at the dealership after browsing online and submitting a request for a quote, I was contacted promptly by Sharon and asked to come in and have a look around. I made arrangements to come in (but only after visiting a local dealership where I had purchased my previous Honda Accord in 2005). I thought I would be treated more courteously by returning to a dealership where I had purchased before but I was so wrong. I was questioning whether I really wanted to purchase another Honda after feeling unappreciated by my dealer but thought I would check out Dick Brooks in Greer to see if I would get the “Hometown” feel before deciding to go with another car or just not buying at all. And I ever glad I did. Sharon was wonderful; she didn’t pressure me into a purchase, but gave me the opportunity to come to the purchase decision myself. Since my car wasn’t that old and was still in great shape, I didn’t NEED to buy a car, I was just exploring if I WANTED to buy. There were no Crosstours on the lot, but she assured me when I was ready, she would do everything she could to secure just the car I wanted. I thought it over for a week or so, and made the call. She had me come in to complete the paperwork and did everything she could to get me the best deal, the perfect car and the right financing. We came in to sign the papers knowing a car was not available that day. She said she would search her contacts to get the package and color I wanted and would get to me within 2-3 days. Well, it didn’t take 24 hours til she had located my car, had it brought to the dealership, cleaned up and it was mine. Elyssa was a great help when we picked up the car, showing me the features of the car and setting up my Bluetooth before I drove off the lot. They followed up to see if I was enjoying my car and to let me know if there was ever anything they could do, to give them a call. We have been back to the dealership to visit and we are always greeted with a smile. I would recommend Dick Brooks for your next car purchase. I know I will return. More

Dick Brooks Honda provided the most competitive price and the staff made this a surprisingly enjoyable and stress-free experience. I have already recommended this dealership to a co-worker and will look to this dealership when we are ready to replace our Honda Odyssey. I worked on this purchase, via the internet and a few phone calls, with Sharon and Elyssa, and on the finacing with Bob. Each of these individuals were friendly, knowledgeable, and timely in answering all of my questions. Although I live in Asheville, and specifically communicated to the Asheville dealership that I would be happy to keep my business local, Sharon and Elyssa quickly distance themselves from the competition. They provided me with the best deal. I intended to finance with my bank, but, to my surprise, recieved a much better rate with Honda. The transaction was as simple as it gets. Sharon offered to have the car delivered to me in Asheville and save me the trip to SC. I opted to travel to Greer to pick up the car where I experienced excellent service. The car was ready to go, accessories in place, and paperwork lined up. There was none of the high pressure, unpleasantness that I have experienced during other car purchases at other dealerships. Our family was growing with the addition of our second child and wanted to get a bigger vehicle. My husband searched the web for dealerships with Honda Odysseys and found the Internet Sales section of Di child and wanted to get a bigger vehicle. My husband searched the web for dealerships with Honda Odysseys and found the Internet Sales section of Dick Brooks Honda. He called and spoke to Sharon Grillo. I was not a big fan of internet sales, but Sharon and Dick Brooks Honda has changed my opinion. We did our entire transaction via telephone and she kept her word on her trade-in value for our Buick Rainier. We were able to order exactly what we wanted in our Odyssey down to the Splash Guards and Full Floormats (which I absolutely love)and we got it at a price cheaper than any other Honda dealership. We drove from Asheville, NC to Greer, SC to pick up our van 6 weeks later and four months later we are still loving our Honda Odyssey.
