Even though I didn't buy the car there, everyone in the department was super helpful and explained the problem, provided me with a loaner and repaired the car quickly. After that very positive and friendly experience, I continued to have the car serviced at Ferman Volvo. Furthermore, when I decided to trade that car, there was no question that I would deal with Feeman Volvo for its replacement. Everything about Ferman Volvo's service department is a positive.
