Upon returning to the dealership, we found that the service was taking a little longer than expected because a software update was required. Sharon explained this and it didn't present a problem as the Ferman waiting room was comfortable and well stocked with refreshments - great donuts! Overall, we are impressed with the courtesy and professionalism all of the Ferman Volvo staff displayed, on this visit, as well as our previous visits here. More
