Buddy Price ,my sale rep.,was very professional and every bit a gentleman helping a Senior Lady get the (white MXS Lincoln) she wanted. Tom Krell greeted me as Buddy and I entered the showroom wanting to serve me a cup of coffee. Every employee I came in contact with was very friendly and courteous . The Finance manager (Rick) was a blast to deal with he worked diligently to get her the car she wanted. A week later after getting the runaround from Chevy I decided to switch to Ford as well. I looked at some used trucks at first but non had the features was looking for in a truck the salesperson (Cheryl) was very professional and patient as I was looking at all options. We did find a truck on the lot which was a brand new 2016 F-150 ecoboost with every option I was looking for. Once again (Rick) went to work on getting me a comfortable payment Rick worked diligently to the point where he broke a sweat from running around but he got the payment exactly to where I wanted and the price I couldn't turn down. The entire experience was awesome and Ford has 2 new customers for life! More
