When I went to lease for the second time with Destination KIA I specifically asked that if I had problem with KIA Financing that someone from Destination KIA would be there to help. Promising they had a loca KIA I specifically asked that if I had problem with KIA Financing that someone from Destination KIA would be there to help. Promising they had a local contact, that they dont have problems with financing. I trusted my sales team and lasted my vehicle. I am 3 months of fighting with KIA Financing, they cant get anything set up correctly on their end on paperwork. They are rude. They purposely hangups on you after hours of hold times. Dont return on line email correspondence. Destination KIA is closed due to covid. But that doesnt help me solve my issue that I still have to get fixed with this xxxxty company. Now why when I purchased 4 KIA vehicles with Fucillo I never had any issues. I wont be back to Destination KIA you didnt keep your word to me. More

Just finished leasing a Sportage for the 2nd time with Destination Kia. Even with restrictions due to Covid 19, our rep Gianni Leto did a thorough job using internet and texting to gather new insurance ca Destination Kia. Picking up the car was seamless, as we had approved the deal online. Only drawback was we could only drive it off the lot on the way home. We think that was ok as our 1st Kia Serrento was a fantastic vehicle. More

Fucillo lost our sale because they said we have no body to a This was a sight unseen purchase but staff was very friendly and answered all questions. Fucillo lost our sale because they said we have no body to answer questions for a half an hour, so, they were not getting a sale no matter what. We picked up my new Telluride and i was assured it had been sanitized which was important cause my daughter with crohns would be riding in the vehicle. The process to sign papers was well thought out. I, myself, went in and there was a very long table with hand sanitizers and cleansers. I was directed to take a pen from box and keep it when i left. The only 2 things that were a problem were they didn't know where my second set of keys were and had to find them or make make me a new set, and second thing was not being able to get a tour of my new vehicle but because of the times it wasn't feasible. Nice friendly people. More

This is our 3rd lease with Destination Kia. The team did a great job ensuring our safety during this time. However, we were not pleased with the way in which we were responded to by several people. We under a great job ensuring our safety during this time. However, we were not pleased with the way in which we were responded to by several people. We understand the difficulty of doing business during this time, but when your told you are being anal about your own money, it was taken a little too far. We felt rushed and pressured to move forward and sign, even though the monthly payment was not what we had agreed to. It was $6 more. To some that may seem small but to others like ourselves, we need to budget for things. We do love our new car and are hopeful our communication is more positive in the future! More
