I visited Destination Kia for warranty service on my Kia Borrego. While waiting, I decided to look at the new cars. I was approached by Mark Lewtschenko who asked me very politely if I had any questions h Borrego. While waiting, I decided to look at the new cars. I was approached by Mark Lewtschenko who asked me very politely if I had any questions he could help me with. I told Mark I was not really looking to purchase a new car, but I did have questions on the current models. I found Mark to be very easy to talk with and extremely knowledgable of the Kia product line. The more I looked at the 2014 Kia Sorento, the more I liked it. I told Mark that i would bring my wife to the dealership to show her the car. She was as impressed as I was and we found a vehicle in stock with the color and options we wanted. We decided to see if we could put a deal together. With the help of Mark and Shaun Collins who had some great ideas on how to structure the deal we made our decision to purchase the car and later on in the day we picked up our new vehicle. The crew who made the car ready for delivery did an outstanding job and all the paperwork was in order and very well explained to us. All in all this was a great car buying experience. More

I originally went in to Destination Kia for a scheduled oil change, but figured I'd take a look a the new cars because my lease was running up soon. Mike assisted me and showed me all the different and new oil change, but figured I'd take a look a the new cars because my lease was running up soon. Mike assisted me and showed me all the different and new models. I told him I was interested in getting an SUV so he showed me the Kia Sorrento. After discussin prices, him and Shaun came back with a price I couldn't refuse! Then Mike took me for a test drive so I could experience the car, he also took me to the back where there were different colors for me to choose from, he was super patient and attentive in allowing me all the time I needed to decide which color I would want. After I chose my color they quickly and efficiently helped me through paperwork and in getting me all situated in my new vehicle. I LOVE the car and I couldn't be more happier with the service provided to me by Mike Donadio and Shaun Collins, thanks again!! More

After writing a review on this survey sight about After writing a review on this survey sight about Destination Kia that expressed my frustration with their Finance Department and my displeasure a After writing a review on this survey sight about Destination Kia that expressed my frustration with their Finance Department and my displeasure about not getting a free TV for leasing a Kia Sorento, I was contacted by Destination Kia and asked to come in and that they wanted to make my negative experience with their dealership right. I was told that their Finance Manager and their General Sales Manager that was employed by them at the time of our purchase was no longer with the company and that they would like me to come in and get everything resolved. I went into the dealership on Wed. 8/21/13 at 3:00 P.M. and first spoke with their finance manager Louis Guerra. HE WAS EXCELLENT !!!! He answered all of the questions that I had regarding my lease agreement that were not answered at the time that we closed the deal and he acknowledged that my questions were reasonable and understandable given the fact that we were first time lease customers. Mr Guerra was courteous and definitely informative and very professional. I walked away with a clear understanding of what all of the figures were that were on our lease agreement and I was satisfied with all of the answers to my questions. Mr. Guerra told me that he did not have the authority to authorize giving me a free TV, but that the owner was out on that particular day and that when he returned, they were going to ask him to authorize a TV for me. I left Mr. Guerra's office and as I left, I was approached by Henry Whitbeck, our salesman, and he wanted to make certain that all of my finance concerns were addressed by Mr. Guerra. I told him that they were. I also told him that I was still expecting our free TV and he assured me that he was going to see to it that we got one. He also said that he could not do anything on that particular day regarding our free TV because the owner was out and it required his authorization to give us a TV. Henry assured me that he will contact me regarding when I can come in and get the TV. As I was leaving the dealership, I was approached by Shaun Collins, the Sales Manager, and he wanted to make certain that everything was okay and that all of my concerns (the finance questions and the free TV) were addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. I assured him that they were and I also complimented him on the way that they were resolved to my satisfaction. I told him that I was pleased with the finance manager's performance and the fact that I was going to get a free TV. He assured me that I would be getting a free TV and that they would be in contact with me once the owner of the dealership came into work. It is refreshing to see a company that wants to actually make things right when one of their customers has had a bad experience and it is brought to their attention. Although we got off on a rough start, I would not hesitate to go back to Destination Kia to purchase or lease another vehicle and I would definitely use Henry Whitbeck as our salesperson. They turned a negative into a positive for me and that is not something that a lot of organizations are willing to do these days in the name of good customer satisfaction. THANK YOU DESTINATION KIA !!!!!! I will await your call advising me when I can come in and pick up my TV. More

These guys really treated me great and I enjoyed making a deal with them. I hope that my future dealings with the service department and other employees is equally as rewarding. So far I love my new car that I got 2 days ago and am looking forward to a long relationship with Kia. I was with Armory Nissan for over 20 years. I guess they didn't care if I left or not. More
