Was fast and easy I was having a hard time getting approved with no credit and at a price I could afford so I went to Destination Kia and they got me approved at a pric I was having a hard time getting approved with no credit and at a price I could afford so I went to Destination Kia and they got me approved at a price I could afford. Plus I didn't have to spend my entire day sitting at the dealership. They knew what I wanted and made it happen. We love our new (to us) car!! Would definitely go back. More

Superior and knowledgeable service We went in to discuss options to ether buy out the lease or lease a new car. We were already over mileage and had months to go till the lease was up. We went in to discuss options to ether buy out the lease or lease a new car. We were already over mileage and had months to go till the lease was up. We arrived on a Sunday thinking this location was still open, but the sales manager was happy to answer our questions and layout what realalistic options to remain within our budget could be. We left an hour later with a fantastic new lease deal. We dealt directly with the sales manager, after hours, on a Sunday, who does that?! Destination Kia in Albany does!! More

Unprofessional I was there on 2/28 along with a friend who was picking up vehicle. As we was in dealership a man walked out of office screaming profanity and complai I was there on 2/28 along with a friend who was picking up vehicle. As we was in dealership a man walked out of office screaming profanity and complaining about something, didnt really pay attention until I heard the profanity. There were a handful of customers besides ourselves in the showroom although it was around closing time. This is not acceptable! If it were my tranasction I wouldnt buy....unbelievable. buyer beware More

Taken for a ride! After 4 hours and getting to a monthly payment I was happy with, (started at 240 a month to 229), then taking my bank card and taking $229 from me, th After 4 hours and getting to a monthly payment I was happy with, (started at 240 a month to 229), then taking my bank card and taking $229 from me, then calling my insurance company and canceling my auto and putting new vehicle on, now comes the financing. Well, because my credit score wasn’t good enough for Kia financing, “Oh sorry, your payment is going to be $254.” I should have walked right there but just signed away as my wife sits and is very angry with the service I received, and mad at me. I had leased a Rouge a year earlier here and was hoping for a new dealership I would now call home. We came from Lia Nissan where we leased 3 vehicles in the past and would not go back after the last vehicle they screwed us on. Looks like after these 2 leases, good bye Destination Kia/Nissan. Will need to try to find a new dealership! Obviously, customer service for the long run is not the objective here. Too bad. Side note, Anthony, the sales person I worked with was very nice and good to us. I honestly believe the sales manager knew what was happening and just let it roll. I would love for “Mr. puppies and babies not included” give me a call. More
