Bad Experience I wanted to purchase a Kia Optima and it was way overpriced. I understand that it was the turbo model but even so, very overpriced. After haggling going back and forth, they would not budge. I asked to speak to the manager myself. He shook my hand and stated his name was Shaun Collins. It started with small talk family, sports etc. So when it got to the negotiating part I gave very reasonable price and he countered. This went on for about 35 minutes or so, when I refused He became very short tempered and livid. He actually knocked my water on the ground. I simply walked away, stay away from this dealership and especially Shaun Collins. They are overpriced and the manager something wrong with him to have a temper like that. More

Lamb visit/purchase Pat and I visited Destination KIA on Saturday May 24, 2014 after receiving a coupon in the mail for very attractive pricing on a KIA. We were warmly Pat and I visited Destination KIA on Saturday May 24, 2014 after receiving a coupon in the mail for very attractive pricing on a KIA. We were warmly greeted by dealership personnel and were asked the purpose of our visit. We replied that we were there to possibly purchase a KIA based on the pricing we received by mail. We were then asked about the features, etc. we desired. Steve then brought up a car from inventory that closely matched our requirements which included a 3 year lease price for about $200/month. After extensive discussion, we reached an agreement on pricing, including the value of our trade. Our car was then checked by the service department to make sure everything was in order, and we signed the papers and departed. Both Pat and I agreed that it was a very good experience and we are extremely satisfied with our new car and the dealership and with all the dealership personnel we worked with. A great Capital buying experience We found the car we wanted. Over the past year or so, my wife and I decided to research what new cars may fit our requirements to replace a 10 year ol We found the car we wanted. Over the past year or so, my wife and I decided to research what new cars may fit our requirements to replace a 10 year old Toy----. Our 10 year old car has given us great service, but that company and it's design staff with it's new models did not appeal to us. After reading reviews, talking to very satisfied customers that have purchased Kia's, and looking at all the new models at the Syracuse auto show, well you guessed it, the Kia Optima, for us came out on top ! The next step of course was finding a dealer with the model, color and options we wanted. Thanks again for the internet, the only dealer that had what we wanted at the time we wanted to purchase was DESTINATION KIA. So off goes a request for a quote for the car they have in stock. With the help of Shaun Collins and Anthony Liguori, they made the deal happen. And we did most of it over the PHONE ! Upon arriving at the dealership ( a bit of construction going on in the showroom ) and an hour or so later, we took delivery of our brand new Kia Optima. We got what I believe was a great lease arrangement, and the car in my opinion is really sharp. So for anyone reading this review, give DESTINATION KIA a try. My wife and I want to thank you, the dealer, for all the legwork up front and behind the scenes for making our lease a smooth transaction. I would also like to thank Kia Motors of America, making the decision to build these cars in the USA. So now all we have to do, as we are in our mid 60's, is learn all the new bells and whistles, as it is like stepping out of a stagecoach into a supercar !!! Well maybe not quite a stagecoach. Got some SOUL!! I had the pleasure of working with Mark Lewtschenko at Destination Kia while I was waiting for my wife's Sportage to be serviced. I really didn't have I had the pleasure of working with Mark Lewtschenko at Destination Kia while I was waiting for my wife's Sportage to be serviced. I really didn't have any immediate intentions of purchasing a new car, however I was in the frame of mind of 'within 2 months' when my Huyndai Elantra's payments were done! Mark was very professional and showed great patience as I test drove 3 different cars: a 2014 Soul, a 2014 Forte (fully loaded !!) and finally a 2013 fully loaded Soul, Sand colored with heated black and sand leather seats, sun roof, blue tooth and navigational system. Mark had to jockey the cars around to get my Soul out, but I immediately fell in love with it!! He showed me everything on the car, how it worked and spent several hours with me trying to work out a good deal, without being pushy at all. Then he introduced me to Shaun Collins, the sales manager who put together a great deal,including trading in my Elantra, and told me to take the car up to my wife at Exit 11 and when I came back we had a deal! I picked up the car the next day, and Mark once again showed me everything and synced my I phone to my car! I had a great experience at Destination Kia and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice new car. More

My husband and I visited Destination Kia as recommended by a friend of ours. The purpose of our visit was just to browse and see what they had available. Because of the fantastic friendly staff, service, pricing and selection we ended up diving home in a brand new Kia Sorento! With the help of Cristianne and Shaun we were able to get exactly what we were hoping for and for exactly what we had wanted to spend. We were actually Cristianne's very first sale at Destination Kia! Even so, they were NOT your typical "pushy" salespeople. Rather they treated us in a friendly and helpful manner from start to finish and even beyond the sale. In fact, they even made this normally stressful and un-pleasant experience fun and enjoyable for our kids. We couldn't have asked for a better all around dealership or staff to work with. Since our purchase we have been (and will continue) to recommend this dealership (Destination Kia) to anyone looking for a new or used car!!! More
