What an incredible, new car buying experience! We found the vehicle we had been looking for, for the last six months. It was sitting right on the dealership's lot! Shortly after arriving, I saw many new Te the vehicle we had been looking for, for the last six months. It was sitting right on the dealership's lot! Shortly after arriving, I saw many new Tellurides for sale, with every trim line imaginable, and color of the rainbow. That's just before Mel Farilien introduced himself to us. His knowledge, insights, and keen sense of humor kept us rivited on trying to buy the SUV of our dreams. The only thing we had to resolve was the price, because his integrity, and persistence, and the beautiful vehicle itself was already there for us to enjoy. Getting to the price point that both the buyer and seller is happy with, is never an easy proposition (unless you're a millionaire) but he did it with much hard work for his employer, and us, with a good amount of wit, humor and sincere friendliness to boot. Overall, it was a once in a lifetime, new car buying experience, that we will not easily forget, and look forward to coming back to do it all again in two more years. Thank you Mel for a great day, and hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. Oops.......Thank you Destination KIA for hiring him too, as you made a great choice in selling KIA's and in hiring the right people to sell them. I just made a very pleasant buying experience of a new 2020 Kia Telluride model. Destination Kia staff were very straightforward from the beginning to the end. Shaun (sales manager) and Josh (finance mana 2020 Kia Telluride model. Destination Kia staff were very straightforward from the beginning to the end. Shaun (sales manager) and Josh (finance manager) were all very professional. Special thanks to Mike (sales consultant) who made all the jobs easy and simple. They saved my time and money compared to other dealers that I have contacted. By the way, I am a resident in Massachusetts and they also took care of all paper documents needed to register in MA. More
