I've had alot of service work done here in the last 2 years and I'm familiar with how dealerships work but this trip cost me over 2700 dollars. I was told the last time I was there that I needed rear bre years and I'm familiar with how dealerships work but this trip cost me over 2700 dollars. I was told the last time I was there that I needed rear break pads soon but this trip I was told the back breaks were ok but front breaks were locked up on front passenger side and needed rotors, calliper and pads. The assistant service mgr Rich was my advisor and I had to keep calling for updates over a 3 week period. There was no loaner vehicle offered even though I bought the vehicle here and over paid on the retail price and over paid on the finance terms and interest. I bought an extended warranty but it hasn't helped much. This wasn't even the vehicle I agreed on and was switched to this car the day I came to pick it up. I heard a lifter noise at that time but was told it had no issues during the inspection. Over the last 2 and a half years I've had a newer motor, battery, fuel lines and sending units, tires, alignments, breaks, censors, spark plugs and wires, oil changes all done here. I've tried to talk to the owner and said I would trade out of the vehicle but never received the call back. I like destination kia and I'm aware of the problems impacted by COVID and parts shortage but I've reached my limit in patience and money here. More

Like the place , very unhappy with the sales manager Shawn . , this guy should not have a job . I came in asking for a deal and what I wanted , I specifically wrote that I wanted the cross bars and carg Shawn . , this guy should not have a job . I came in asking for a deal and what I wanted , I specifically wrote that I wanted the cross bars and cargo tray , when my paper work came back out with Shawn , how Conveniently there was coffee spilled over the area of my needs , when the deal was finally complete and we were about to shake I asked about the crossbars and the cargo tray and he said no I didn’t know you wanted that and I said it’s right here on this coffee stain paper that came out of your office and he said I never saw that so I had Tommy The salesman come over and I asked him did you tell him about this and he said yes I told him and then Sean changed his whole story oh I must’ve missed it bull crap you robbed me out of $500 and I’m still upset about it More

Zach was great to work with. He made the whole process very easy and seemed just as excited to work with me on the purchase as I was when picking up the car. During my test drive he thoroughly explained all features of the car and you could feel the passion he has for Kia in the way he spoke of the company. More

We bought a car in December 2019 and came back to this dealership specifically for Dennis Miller. He is down to earth, a family man, and gives it to you straight. There’s no beating around the bush with h dealership specifically for Dennis Miller. He is down to earth, a family man, and gives it to you straight. There’s no beating around the bush with him and we truly appreciate that. I returned in May to order a 2022 Kia telluride to upgrade my 2020. Once again Dennis was knowledgeable and able to help me get into the exact vehicle I wanted. More
