I worked with Shaun Dames and he worked to get me a great value for my previous lease and get me into a new lease affordably. 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle while it was in a parking lot someone tried value for my previous lease and get me into a new lease affordably. 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle while it was in a parking lot someone tried to force themselves inside the vehicle and caused a bit of damage to the driver door (they didn't get in). Shaun went to his manager and explained our situation and gave us a large credit at the service center to get the door fixed. Third vehicle from Valley Honda and I plan to keep coming back. More

Robert Navarre seems to run a well-oiled machine. It was the professionalism of the sales team that brought me back to pursue a deal after narrowing my options from other Chicago-land area dealers. Shaun was enthusiastic and had the gumption to send my friend a video of the truck he made from his cell and procured a time to meet. Shaun was unassuming and didn't push a sale, like I assumed he may do. It was Shaun's good bedside manner and genuine, friendly disposition that my buddy and I kept discussing after leaving VH the first time in pursuit of other options. I simply liked his character. Yes, they had what I was looking for, but I could have gone another route. I paid a little more than I initially was planning, but in the end I felt I got good deal and more.
