He is very kind and tried to help me to buy the right car from my position. I really appreciate Ken's efforts to find the right XC60 for me, even though Smythe Volvo doesn't have a car with some options I wanted to include. It was quick to search for and bring the car before me to sign. Emilia Paladino explained Volvo's technologies clearly. Upon entering Eric made me feel right at home, he was great! The experience was quick, and I felt very comfortable. Stacey was my sales consultant and helped me pick out the car I wanted. He did not pressure or rush me which was a great feeling!! I have dealt with that in the past and did not want to go through that again. All forms of communication were precise and there were no games played. The final price of my purchase was just what was stated and agreed upon. Stacey went above and beyond and I cannot thank him again for his wonderful service. When it came to dealing with the finance department Kevin Bergeron and Shaun Hayes were delightful and patient even when the dealership was closing. Walked me though the best packages and was attentive to the specific things I wanted when it came time to make sure my truck is covered. I visited Smythe Volvo to look at a specific package on a new XC40 the My wife and I had such an excellent experience with Deb Amster at Smythe Volvo! I visited Smythe Volvo to look at a specific package on a new XC40 they had in inventory. When we arrived they had unfortunately just sold that one earlier that day, but Deb was extremely accommodating and helpful; she was able to find the exact car I was looking for in another state. She had it driven up in the span of a couple of days and had it ready; I came to pick it up the next weekend. The process was very smooth; Deb also went through the whole car to make sure I understood where all the features were. The timing also worked perfectly and I had the car just before a big snowstorm (the car handled better than I even expected in pretty deep snow). Even though it cost the dealership to drive the car up, Deb was still able to get me a small discount off the car. The original car dealer had forgotten to put the car mats in the car, so Deb had them shipped directly to my home which was hugely appreciated and a big help to avoid another trip. Overall had a really ideal experience. Deb Amster made my wife and I feel very welcome and comfortable. So did Shaun Hayes. They didn’t make us feel like we were being sold to which was refreshing. We did not sit around waiting at all (given I did call ahead and make an appt). And the quick turnaround time during a Thanksgiving week was very impressive and perfect timing. Highly recommend!
