I have directed a constant stream of questions to him during the almost 1 year process as I needed information on everything - this being a new model. I changed my build numerous times and at each turn he has treated me like my personal happiness with my car was his number 1 concern. Also, he came through with the numbers he said he could do. This has renewed my faith in car Dealers as I experienced not only zero sales pressure but also old fashioned "customer comes first" service. Kiss my Tesla X with zero customer service goodbye! More

Me and my wife had an awful experience with the dealership working with Juan today and also his manager we were planing to buy a car from them yesterday we had all numbers and the deal with john an dealership working with Juan today and also his manager we were planing to buy a car from them yesterday we had all numbers and the deal with john and his manager but today they were unavailable we had to work with these 2 unexperienced liars who gave us a totally different numbers and as soon as i said i have all the papers he took the papers and states that he doesn’t want to sell the car to me!!!!!!! This is very sad seeing people with lack of information are working in that dealership. More
