FANTASTIC!!! We bought a Ford Fiesta from Park City last year, and dealt with Shaun and Jenn.....having found it to be a bit small for our needs, we decided to go We bought a Ford Fiesta from Park City last year, and dealt with Shaun and Jenn.....having found it to be a bit small for our needs, we decided to go back to Park and look for something a bit bigger. Luckily, both Shaun and Jenn were there when we went in....explained to Shaun what we were looking for, and he knew right away where to take us....to a 2018 Ford EcoSport. It is exactly what we need, size-wise and financially! Since the EcoSport is a bit different than the Fiesta, Shaun went over everything for us, inch by inch!! By the time he was done, we felt extremely confident and comfortable with our choice....Shaun comes through again!! Then it was inside to work out the financial side with Jenn. Again, she explained everything as clearly as possible, and again, she found us the best deal possible. And Jenn comes through again!! Just like last year, both of these great employees of Park City came through for us in the best possible ways, while being helpful, professional and all the while SO friendly and likeable!!! LOL, my hubby says that this is my last new car for a long while.....but I know we will ~definitely~ be going back to Park City and seeking out Shaun and Jenn when that time comes!!! More

Park City Ford !!!!! I’ve been looking for a smaller sized van for a few months, I finally went onto the Park City Ford website and the next day Louis contacted me. I was I’ve been looking for a smaller sized van for a few months, I finally went onto the Park City Ford website and the next day Louis contacted me. I was busy at the time so I called him back. We looked at two Ford Transit Connects. I must’ve called Louis 3 or 4 more times after I left the dealership with questions which he answered without sounding like I was wasting his time. The next day I went to Park City Ford to test drive two Connects, Louis was off so Shaun was assisting me. He took me out on 2 test drives (knowing that I was dealing with Louis and that any commissions would be going to him) and answered questions on 2 or 3 more of my calls or emails. I ended up leaving a deposit on the 2018. The next day my wife and I went to sign off on paperwork which took a short time and was hassle free thanks to Jen the finance manager. She had everything ready to go so we didn’t have to sit there for hours. Park City Ford is a great dealership, I was not pressured at any point during my time/s there and I would highly recommend going there Thanks again Park City Jim Christian Jr. More
