Now in 2024, three months ago I wanted to buy a new F350 and called Vernon Auto Group to see what they had to offer and coincidently Deiter Brannon was the one who answered the phone and a great unparalleled customer attention was experienced again. He helped me out ordering a customized truck, F350 Platinum tailored to my taste, and it was ready and delivered earlier than expected. It is very impressive what a specific sales person can do to help a business like Vernon Auto Group to shine the way he has through my two trucks purchase experience. And all of these accomplished twice in a distance of 1,500 miles away from the dealership since I live in Miami, Florida and bought the trucks in Texas. Great way of doing business!! Thanks Deiter!
