Had new SUV scheduled for recall service work twice in the past two months. Both times we set appointment 3 weeks in advance. We asked when we set appointment up if parts were available and the answer was the past two months. Both times we set appointment 3 weeks in advance. We asked when we set appointment up if parts were available and the answer was yes. Both times we dropped vehicle off and an hour later was called and told no parts and it would be a few days. We had to come back and get our vehicle. First time, ok ...we will work it out and bring back at next available appointment two weeks down the road. This time, With no we are “sorry this happened again” or no explanation, we will need to take our vehicle to another dealership. We wanted to support our local ford dealership as a Z plan family but do not have the time to keep dropping off and rescheduling. More

Consistent performance I have been purchasing vehicles and getting service performed at Morrie's Buffalo Ford for the past 15 years. I haven't always gotten good news but I I have been purchasing vehicles and getting service performed at Morrie's Buffalo Ford for the past 15 years. I haven't always gotten good news but I have always been treated fairly by everyone at the dealership. They don't waste my time or money and I don't feel like a stranger when I go there. They try to meet your needs and everyone seems to go the extra mile to help. I'll go back. More

Shawn is a GREAT service advisor I was in this morning for another oil change on my 2013 F-150. (my 4th 150 from Morrie's). Shawn took care of me as usual. He is always busy, but stil I was in this morning for another oil change on my 2013 F-150. (my 4th 150 from Morrie's). Shawn took care of me as usual. He is always busy, but still finds a little time to visit and ask how things are going. with the truck (and maybe a little hunting or fishing). He's very helpful when when asked a question concerning service. This morning I overheard his conversation concerning what another customer thought the labor hours were high on his vehicle. Shawn explained it brilliantly as there was much more to changing out the alternator on the customer's vehicle than he'd realized which he accepted. He's real good and Knows what he is doing. I also enjoyed a short visit with Chad Erickson. while waiting on the servicing. More
