Wish I could do zero. Be getting phone calls for 2 weeks about a customer appreciation event. Made an appt. to meet 2 people there on Saturday,as my lease was coming to an Be getting phone calls for 2 weeks about a customer appreciation event. Made an appt. to meet 2 people there on Saturday,as my lease was coming to an end soon. Got there, salesman came up to me, I told him why I was there, he said " forget about that, they're just gonna try to sell you something. I then said that I guess I should just purchase my car, at which time he ushered me into a cubicle and took my fob. No questions asked if I wanted to hear about any other offers or possibilities. i had a car in mind but was never asked if there was another alternative. I thought the first price quoted to me included a warranty, as the vehicle was " certified" by there inspection. Went into finance where they tried to sell me a 7 year service plan which pushed the payment considerably higher. I then said that at that price I should just buy a new car. Eventually got 4 year service plan, still paying more than anticipated. This is my 4th and last car from this dealership. Salt in the wound, a mailing from Chevrolet came offering a lease on a 2024 Blazer for $299!!!Felt railroaded and pushed into this, never even offered anything else. I'll get my 4 oil changes, hopefully have some equity built up and then go down the street and see what I can find. Felt very depressed and taken advantage of. More
