Customer service was terrible. I waited in my car for I don’t know how long before someone came out of the office to assist me. The service advisor was more concerned about the low I waited in my car for I don’t know how long before someone came out of the office to assist me. The service advisor was more concerned about the low voltage in my battery that he did nothing about than the reason I advised him of initially. I hope I never have to take my car there for nothing not even a oil change. More

Please do not come to this dealership to get your car repaired. Had the same issue in for repair 4 times in less than a year and still not sure if it's fixed. Only time will tell . Not one servic repaired. Had the same issue in for repair 4 times in less than a year and still not sure if it's fixed. Only time will tell . Not one service manager picked up their phone or return messages. You are only allowed to deal with the original service representative or your repiar will be delayed even more. So if they are on vacation or have the day off you're out of luck and will have to wait.( I'm pretty confident this is not the fault of the service representatives and this is just how the process works at the dealership) They never have loaner cars, they won't drive you home, and they won't call a ride share to take you home. This is the opposite of any car dealership I've ever dealt with and my wife has ever dealt with. More
