Great experience at the Tustin Hyundai dealership This is the second car that I have leased from Hyundai. A great team Tustin Hyundai was one of several dealerships we contacted during one Saturday of test-driving different models in search of a car for our daughter. Although we didn't end up with a Hyundai, we received such outstanding service, I felt compelled to write a review for anyone interested in the brand. Shawn Brown is an amazing salesman -- extremely responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. He has a can-do attitude and is willing to go out of his way to find the car you want -- all without making you feel like you're inconveniencing him. Simply put, he's a nice, honest guy who doesn't use bait and switch tactics like some do. If he can't help you on the spot, he'll find someone who can...like his teammate, John, another friendly professional with an easy manner who knows his stuff. If our next car is a Hyundai, this is where we'll buy it. More

worth the extra mile we drive by another dealership which is closer to home, this dealership has a great sales department and a superior service department. Sean Brown was a helpful and knowledge sales person and we have used their service department for years, really like the friendy Lady.... don't know her name but she is awesome. This is not our first car purchase or our first Hyundai. We have purchased many cars over our 53 years of marriage but this was a top notch experience, We LOVE our new Sonata! More
