I had a flat tire when Shawn dropped it off at my work and even though it was an inconvenience to call Ford Roadside to change to the spare and take it to the nearest Ford dealership for a repair, Shawn was able to get me reimbursed for the cost of this repair and threw in a small "inconvenience bonus". Great customer service and would recommend her to any customer wanting to buy a Ford. This is my 4th Ford vehicle (2 Windstars and a Crown Victoria) and plan on staying with Ford for a long time. More
