Shawn was very helpful and wanted to help me find my car. The financial guy was nice but he was so worried about time due to the entire business being flooded with things to do that he talked extremely fast. He was so fast, he messed up on some papers that we had to redo it three times. He was very nice but it made it hard to follow him and understand really. I felt more like a burden since he had so much to do. More

Shawn and Dave were great. The both of them were very attentive and easy to deal with. Their personalities made what can typically be a boring process enjoyable and easy. I would 100% recommend the both of them to anyone, and will ask for them the next time I visit Kia. This was my first new vehicle purchase so they made sure I was all set with all the information I needed and worked quickly and confidently to ensure I was getting exactly what I was looking for.
