That's partly my fault because I signed off on the lifecycle oil change and forgot to ask for the estimate. I'll be calling in to make an appointment to fix the leaky fluid anyhow.

I later talked to someone in the Service Dept. and probably the reason I didn't get a dollar estimate, etc earlier was that it was a fairly complicated situation with many possible solutions (and thus many different estimates.)
So I got all the information I needed in that subsequent conversation. Not a problem.
The new facility is very impressive. Service was great
(and timely), and the team members were friendly, considerate and helpful, especially Shawn. Communication was excellent throughout.

The only reason I didn't give five stars was that there was a screw-up in the ordering of the replacement tire, and then when I went in on a Saturday to get it on they were unable to do re-alignment and I had to come back a third time. They graciously offered to pick up the car, transport it, and do it, but that was not convenient and gave me a discount on the final work. Their waiting area is great, with both in-door and out-door seating, so a visit there and waiting around is pleasant.
