I have been going to Bloomington Subaru for over 20 years. This was the worst. Over 2 hours for a simple oil change. When I arrived was told would an hour. No problem. But no communication about the de years. This was the worst. Over 2 hours for a simple oil change. When I arrived was told would an hour. No problem. But no communication about the delays. Only when asking did I get an update. More
