Told me advertised price was only available for financing. Added thousands in non-taxable fees. Tried to sneak in thousands in optional add ons without consent. Pressured me to sign everything quic financing. Added thousands in non-taxable fees. Tried to sneak in thousands in optional add ons without consent. Pressured me to sign everything quickly without time to read, after waiting days for the documents. Insinuated car could be sold even after putting down deposit. Didn't have title ready for several days. Ignored days of voicemails. Tried to change sale price on day of sale. Didn't provide me with promised documents subsequently. Deceptive practices through and though violating New York used vehicle buyer's bill of rights and various state consumer protection laws. Happy to be done with it. Will probably file a complaint against dealership. More
