Very "charming" people work there but super condescending; they treat you as if you know nothing. Read the paper and you will find a certificate fee that should always be included in the cost; however, they add it as a fee. I got on the phone w/ the finance manager at BMW who just so happens to be a friend, she was on speaker and insisted the fee was bogus because it should of been included in the cost. They pretty much wanted me to pay an additional $2450 for the "certificate fee" that states the car is certified. I asked them to show me where they paid that price to sell it certified and the sale manager ran me in circles. This place is no good and probably takes advantage of good people. More

This dealership keeps putting up a vehicle on their website but when asked to purchase it they either say the vehicle isn't available or want to add extraordinary extra charges to the online sale price website but when asked to purchase it they either say the vehicle isn't available or want to add extraordinary extra charges to the online sale price. I had the misfortune of dealing with this dealership on a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring they had advertised online. I talked to several sales representative and managers about this vehicle. I finally got a out the door price from a sales Manager Tommy but he then made it so I couldn't contact him. Then when I finally got ahold of him. I was informed the vehicle had a deposit and ready for it sale. A week later the Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring was listed on their site. I called and was told there was still a deposit on it but they put it on their website regardless of customer purchasing. He then told me it can take up to two weeks for financing to get finished. Also this 2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Eternal Blue Mica color has been on the website for months and keeps disappearing and reappearing. When trying to talk to a sales representative or manager they again tell me the vehicle isn't for sale or other excuses. More
