I brought my truck in for an engine surging issue. They charged nearly $1500 for new spark plugs and I still have the same problem. They had no record of my engine replacement 23 months ago at the They charged nearly $1500 for new spark plugs and I still have the same problem. They had no record of my engine replacement 23 months ago at their dealership and asked me for copies of my receipt for that. They are now hoping my engine gives an error code to help them troubleshoot. Meanwhile I only have 4 weeks left on my engine warranty. I am very disappointed in the dealership and their service ability and skills. I have not had a response on my texts I left with them about this issue. More

Well, it started off with an oil change and ended with me having to replace the hood latches on my Jeep. One of the technicians I guess did not see the keyhole on the hood latch proceeded to yank it off brea having to replace the hood latches on my Jeep. One of the technicians I guess did not see the keyhole on the hood latch proceeded to yank it off breaking the lock. It would not have bothered me if they had said something before they let me drive my Jeep home with a single latch, holding my hood down. When I noticed what happened I reached out to the lot. I had to drive back to the lot to show them that it was broken. They told me to order a new set, which I did and send them the invoice and they would reimburse me. When I sent the invoice, they gave me a credit to my account. I asked for an actual refund of a check, which of course red tape three weeks later still have not seen the check for the replacement hood latches. I really like the sales people here, but I will not be coming back to get my vehicle service here ever again. The fact that they allowed me to drive home with one hood latch, broken speaks volumes for how much stuff they cover up and don’t tell customers More
