Dealer rep was good. He was responsive and was not a high pressure salesman. The account manager was completely different with a hard sell for the extended warrant. Didn't like that at all.. Working with Tommy Fain (salesman) and Kevin Fenner (GM) was GREAT! They both listened and didn't try to push any vehicles that didn't meet what we wanted. Tommy completely explained almost every feature and made absolutely sure i knew everything about the XC90 before I left the lot.
