Very Convenient, Efficient and Comfortable Been buying Toyota cars from Acton Toyota for 16 years and been servicing them there almost as long. Convenient location for me, comfotable to wait, shuttle if you need it, and my last major maintenance they gave me a new Prius to drive home! They always fixed the occasional breakdowns I had with my 2 older Toyotas (240K & 250K) quickly and at reasonable price. Very good with the routine maintenance on the Prius I just traded in - you make the appt on-line, you're in, you're out, and coffee and free breakfast available while you wait. More

He was never pushy and was simply honest, transparent, and readily available throughout the whole process. Shawn was able to get us the specific car we wanted and negotiated a very good price. We couldn't be happier with the overall process and love our new car. Shawn has continued to be available to us with any follow up questions that we have had. We will be in the market to buy another car in the somewhat near future and definitely plan on returning to Acton Toyota. More
