Superb Our first dealings with Shawn were thru the internet. I listed the 2 specific cars we were interested in and sent the email. I didn't hear anything for a couple days, so I called. Turns out he had answered, but the email address they had on file was my daughter's college email from about 8 yrs ago! (That was the last time we bought a car there). Anyway, they apologized profusely, and we set up a time for a visit. He had the car ready for us, handed us the keys and said, "See you when you get back"!!!! Phenomenal, no salesman riding with you, taking you on a pre-determined 5 minute route, and talking the whole time!! To shorten the story, we decided on the car and started the negotiations. Shawn gave us an excellent price on both the new car and our trade-in and the deal was done quickly and painlessly. I also want to mention the respectful way we were treated. Typically, car salespeople primarily direct questions and attention to the Man. I made a point, at the start, of saying that this was to be my wife's car, not mine, and Shawn, appropriately, directed most of the attention to her. Bravo. When we picked up the car, it was ready! and properly prepped! I am quite fussy and have a keen eye, and have found over the years, that this is rarely the case. So, again, Bravo. Overall, it was a terrific experience. More

This is our 4th Toyota purchased at Acton Toyota. We drive from Nahant about 45 minutes, specifically because the consistently have beaten all other Toyota dealerships-and there is one 1 mile away from drive from Nahant about 45 minutes, specifically because the consistently have beaten all other Toyota dealerships-and there is one 1 mile away from us, but we do not trust them like Acton. I was not only given top trade-in by my salesperson, Shawn Gormely, but our finance person, Weston kept coming back in with great news. He and Toyota financing got us a 1.9 % rate, which saved me about $30.00 per month! I was given a cafeteria pass by Shawn (I was starving from the drive, then so much paperwork, but I spent 5 1/2 hours at this dealership and enjoyed every minute of the process.)and he appeared for every single question I had; even came back from his coffee break! I had chosen the car, first off the internet, then on Mother's Day we visited, only to find that the very nice owner had given all his employees the day off. Every other dealership was open, so we shopped around a lot, but I dreamed of my red RAV 4 sitting in Acton Toyota. I traded my custom Sequoia 2004 for this 2012, dealer owned excellent car. I bought my 2007 Rav 4 there and knew I would enjoy a newer model. That's my story--I couldn't praise the dealership, Shawn, and Weston any higher. Acton Toyota is simply the best all around! More

Initial contact with dealership was through an internet price quote. That figure was very competitive with others both in, and out, of the area. When I arrived at the dealership I was assigned to Shawn Gormley who I encourage you to contact when you are in the market for a car. He was courteous, knowledgeable and overall a lot of fun to deal with at all steps of the buying process. At no point I did feel pressured, and I know I got a good deal. Shawn helped me select the right car for me and answered all my questions and concerns. There was no pressure. Shawn was absolutely outstanding. Working with him turned what can be a stressful experience into a very pleasant and smooth transaction. I had the sense that I could trust him. I reached out to Toyota via a general email inquiry to look into a lease on a new Highlander. I was contacted by a few different folks from Lexington Toyota, Woburn Toyota and Acton Toyota. Although everyone who contacted me seemed to be good people to work with, Shawn Gormley's response from Acton Toyota stuck out. He listened to what I my wife and I were looking for and was honest with me from the get go. I do not have a lot of experience working with big dealerships and can only go by what friends and family have experienced. However, I did visit a Ford dealer prior to contacting Toyota and that experience really paled in comparison. It seemed Ford just wanted to keep me at the dealership for as long as possible before presenting me with some numbers that weren't possible for me. Not once did Ford ask me what I was trying to accomplish. Shawn did just the opposite. The very first thing he asked me was what we were trying to accomplish (his words) and he let us move at our own pace, which ended up being relatively quickly based on his great service and results. Everything Shawn told me was-what-it-was. There were no gimmicks or additional fees. We were amazed by what a positive experience it was and we will definitely be going back to Shawn. And, we love our new Highlander - sharp car! More

A friend recommended this dealership because she bought her Toyota there 10 years ago. They offered a range of add-ons w/o pressure. The facility is spotless and airy and they had a good selection of suitable models on the lot. I had to wait to see my sales guy since he was so busy closing deals on the last day of the year, but it was worth the wait. More
