I contacted Shawn about 2 months ago via the internet. I told him exactly what I was looking for in a new Venza. He gave me his best price including the premium package, dealership fees etc. I told him I wa told him exactly what I was looking for in a new Venza. He never hounded me during the months between calls. When the car came in(exactly like I wanted it) he even held it for a week while I recovered from surgery. On the day I purchased the car, the dealership bought me and my sister lunch. I have contacted or visited many dealerships in search for the best price for this car. All the other dealers where only interested in one thing "how can I sell you this car today". When that didn't work, then the manager would go to work trying to pressure me. Then there would be numerous phone calls to try to get me to buy. One dealer even told me he had the car which he didn't. After test driving this car Shawn did all the paperwork, and only then transferred me to the finance manager. Both employees where very professional. I never once felt pressured to purchase anything. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Arranged for us to buy new plates, consequently the entire purchase only took 2 trips. (test-drive and pick-up vehicle) Financed with Toyota and Jack Lloyd, the finance person, was very efficient and organized. QUALITY OF WORK: our new vehicle was ready to go when we arrived. Shawn patiently showed us how to pair the iphone. All our paperwork was put nice and tidy in a ACTON TOYOTA folder for us. FRIENDLINESS: the receptionist was busy on the phone, but another employee suddenly appeared to assist. i like the way Acton Toyota uniform. They have an excellent waiting area while your car is being serviced. Nice, clean restrooms. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: We live close to 3 other Toyota dealers, but based on my observations we'll bring our car to Acton Toyota for service. The cars in stock that are displayed on the web site is kept very current. Our car, after we bought it, was off the internet within 1 day. A real team approach. The receptionist was busy on the phone, but another staff member magically appeared to help us. This is our first Toyota purchase and we are delighted. PRICE: We were delighted with a finance rate substantially less than our credit union offered. Shawn carefully explained the option to purchase more coverage to extend the initial warranty. This was a tremendous value. We were amazed at this unheard of value. Shawn will be our first email when we need another car. Both Shawn and Jack made the financial part of the decision and conversation comfortable and informative. There was simply nothing my wife and I did not understand by the end of our visits.
