My wife and I purchased a 2012 Camry XLE from Acton Toyota of Littleton on 4/28/12. Shawn Gormley was the Sales Rep and Jack LLoyd was the Business guy. Shawn was very helpful and patient. Shawn arranged for us to drive the cars we were interested in, and helped us to understand what the 2012 models are all about, and what Acton Toyota is all about. At all times, Shawn was friendly, professional, and gave us all of the time we needed to feel comfortable with the car, the dealership, and the decision. Both Shawn and Jack made the financial part of the decision and conversation comfortable and informative. There was simply nothing my wife and I did not understand by the end of our visits. I wholeheartedly recommend you stop in to Acton Toyota as we did and see Shawn Gormley about a new or previously owned and certified car. You will see Shawn makes what can be a stressful situation nothing more than a friendly and informative conversation about the car you want to buy, the dealership, and all of the related particulars. Everyone was very friendly and polite. There was no presure to buy or make a decision on a car. I have been going back and forth between different Makes/Models of cars and SUVs for almost a year. I wanted a lot more car (bells and whistles) then I could afford as monthly payments, so I started Makes/Models of cars and SUVs for almost a year. I wanted a lot more car (bells and whistles) then I could afford as monthly payments, so I started considering Leasing when I came across an online ad for Acton Toyota. They had a 'no money down, no hidden fee' ad that I responded via an email asking what they had on the lot for loaded Camrys. I wanted the full package... heated seats, sunroof, navigation package ---the works. Shawn replied to my email immediately. After a couple emails back and forth, I called him --and when we began to talk I really got a honest to goodness good feeling about him. A no pressure, honest feeling. When I arrived at the dealership later that afternoon, he put a plate on the Camry told me to go enjoy and sent me on my way. He never took my license. It felt nice. I left with my brand new 2012 Camry a couple days later!! More

My wife and I were looking for a Toyota Prius. We did some research online and received a few responses, including one from Shawn who was the first person to contact us. The following Sunday, we visited some research online and received a few responses, including one from Shawn who was the first person to contact us. The following Sunday, we visited Acton Toyota where Shawn was waiting for us. After hearing what we wanted, he went out and pulled up a brand new Prius. We thought he would take a passenger seat after we told him that we had never owned a hybrid. Instead, he handed us the key; briefly instructed us how to operate it; and encouraged us to enjoy the test drive. We had been to a few dealers, and each of them made us sign some paper works and demanded a copy of our driver's licenses before we saw their car. At each of those dealers, we didn't have the experience we had with Acton Toyota and with Shawn in particular. We felt privilege that Shawn trusted and treated us like buyers. That includes his effort to try to locate and bring the car we wanted to his lot. He even offered to meet with us on the day that he was not supposed to work. We really appreciate this unique experience with Shawn. On the day we picked up the car, Keith Mobley walked us through the signing process very smoothly. He told us what were available, but we didn't feel any pressure from him to buy anything else besides signing importannt papers. Thank you, Shawn, Keith and Acton Toyota. Dealing with Shawn Gormley was a pleasure. He is extremely competent and helpful. I decided to trade in "old faithful" T-100 that was 17 years old. I only wanted a Toyota as the last one in 17 years had a total of 1200 in repairs which to me was outstanding. It was a construction work truck - full size bed, 4*4, standard... I only wanted Toyota as my friends who bought new trucks like I did back in 1994 were on their third trucks. And they were teasing me is was time for a newer one. NOT once did that truck leave me stranded. We all felt the 94 was definitely go another several years no problem. So I started looking around for what suited me best. I went to the internet and started comparing prices. I emailed dealerships to see what they would charge me for what I wanted. I was into buying the fully tricked out vehicle as this is yet another work truck. I found Shawn at the Acton Toyota to be the most helpful of all the dealerships I contacted. He replied and answered my questions. His price was the lowest within a lot of miles and I was absolutely NOT driving an hour away. What I decided on was not in stock. He found it, and within a couple of days its was on the lot. I liked the idea of a sales manager NOT in the office when we were going over things. It was far more cordial discussion that way. I emailed Shawn with questions after the sale and he followed through (quite often within minutes). The dealership was friendly. And clean and modern. I noticed the waiting area for service had wifi, coffee and free water. My son might be looking for a newer vehicle. He was with me when I picked up the new truck and I told him that there are very few sales people as good as Shawn is. Our son has one of those jobs where he MUST be at work on time regardless of the weather - so reliability is a major issue. I would definitely do business with Shawn and Acton Toyota again. And yes I would recommend them to friends. I already did that with our son and one other friend. More
