I visited the Acton Toyota website after a friend recommended them based on good experiences his family has had with the dealership. Shawn was very quick to get back to me and provide me with all the recommended them based on good experiences his family has had with the dealership. Shawn was very quick to get back to me and provide me with all the information I needed. I had also visited another Toyota dealership because it was close to where i live (Boston) and the difference in how they treated a potential customer was glaring. I felt like the other dealership was just trying to sell me a car, any car-whereas Shawn and Acton Toyota were trying to make me happy by selling me the car I wanted. I would highly recommend both Shawn, Scott and Acton Toyota. More

Shawn Gormley & Acton Toyota of Littleton made my out of state purchase of a new Tundra easy & enjoyable. Right from the get go, Shawn was straight shooter, friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly provided answers & a price on the truck I wanted to buy and for my trade. My visit to the dealership was a home run as the showroom was spotless & had many, many amenities. Mr. Gormley, who came in on his day off, had my truck ready and the numbers quoted to me on the phone were the same as the day before with no pressure tactics used whatsoever. Meeting Shawn in person was a pleasure for he was extremely energetic and obviously passionate about selling cars. All Acton employees I met were smiling and very customer-oriented, even those who made my complimentary lunch upstairs. The cafeteria was a welcoming and satisfying surprise. What a great idea! Other employees who deserve to be mentioned are Keith in Finance & Steve in Delivery. Keith guided me through my paperwork, again with no pressure. Steve smoothly coordinated what was needed for registering my new truck in VT and personally delivered it in a timely & meticulous manner. Truly professionals, thank you! Buying from Acton Toyota is by far THE BEST Toyota dealership experience in my 30 yrs of buying & owning Toyota trucks in New England. It was great meeting all of you & hope to do business again! My son, Bruce purchased 3 cars from Shawn Gormley and recommended I talk with Shawn. I did ask for Shawn when I first went to Acton Toyota and after meeting him and talking with him, felt very comforta recommended I talk with Shawn. This is the second time I have worked with Shawn and Joe to purchase a vehicle. Car sales people often get a bad rap and deservedly so but not these two. Joe was efficient and knowledgeable in finalizing the deal with the paperwork and credit transaction. Both sales people were extremely likeable and made a great team. I highly recommend Acton Toyota if you want a friendly, courteous, and a non-high pressure dealership. My sales rep, Shawn, has a great personality and kindness about him, and a no pressure sales approach courteous, and a non-high pressure dealership. He made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation, even before I arrived at the dealership through our email exchanges about the purchase/lease of a new Rav4. What was stated in his email, held true when I arrived at the dealership, no games. I shopped around a LOT before going to Acton Toyota, and Acton Toyota has the best pricing out there, plus they go to bat for you to give you the best price for your trade (if you have one, which I did and they beat 6 other dealerships with what they gave me for my trade) along with the pricing on a new Rav. Their facility is amazing, very warm, inviting and comfortable making my experience even better. My finance person, Jack, went above and beyond to get me the best interest rate/money factor by working with Toyota Financial for a tier exception because I have been with Toyota Financial for many years. Who does that??? I tell you, Jack does! I never considered leasing as I heard so many negatives, but not with Acton Toyota...their 0 down is truly 0 down with NO hidden fees or costs. A nice little surprise was their Acton Rewards Card which other dealerships do not offer. I earn points and can use those points towards servicing my vehicle, or purchasing accessories. (The card came with 5,000 points on it so I already have points I can use.) They really are about customer service, as I changed my mind about the color of my mats two days later and Mike in Parts had no problem with my exchanging them for the color I want. Acton Toyota is the real thing when it comes to treating their customers right and with the best customer service, from the point of consideration of a vehicle, to purchase/leasing, to servicing your vehicle. Kudos to Acton Toyota for a different kind of dealership experience...a positive one! More

We bought a new 2011 Sienna XLE this past year at Acton Toyota after considering the Honda Odyssey and talking to one or two other Toyota dealerships. The experience at Acton Toyota is just simply much be Toyota after considering the Honda Odyssey and talking to one or two other Toyota dealerships. The experience at Acton Toyota is just simply much better than anywhere else. You don't have to play all the silly games that amazingly now in 2011, a lot of car dealers still seem to play. Everything is straightforward and professional. The dealership itself is extremely nice as it is just about brand new. I've had the Sienna in for service once so far, and the service side of their business may even be better than the sales side. You are treated like a guest from the time you pull up. To top it off, you are given a voucher to enjoy a complimentary breakfast or lunch in their cafe. We're talking made to order food from a chef and Starbucks coffee here, not a vending machine. Amazing, I actually look forward to the next time I get to come in for an oil change. Acton Toyota is what all car dealerships should strive to be. More
