Our salesman was friendly and low pressure. He listened to our "situation" and gave us a series of options that might work for us. In particular he gave a very thorough account of the advantages and disadv to our "situation" and gave us a series of options that might work for us. In particular he gave a very thorough account of the advantages and disadvantages between buying and leasing a car - in effect the essence of what it means to borrow money an a depreciating asset. I'd also like to point out the Shawn reiterated that it was Acton Toyota's goal to provide the best service and information so that they can continue to build their business on repeat customers. Buying a car is a big decision, and Shawn helped us through the process in a professional yet very friendly fashion. Till this date I was not aware of this website. My selection of Acton Toyota was due to the proximity to my place of residence. I interacted with Kevin and Shawn primarily and overall experience was excellent. It has changed the negative impression I used to carry about car salesmen. Kevin was very honest and accomodative about the quote and Shawn ensured everything from his side to deliver the car on time. Both were very friendly. If and when I have to shop my next vehicle, and if it is a Toyota, I am definitely coming back to Acton Toyota. Interestingly I noticed the following in Kevin's signature on his email; "Proud to be Changing the Way Cars are Sold!" My experience with the finance manager was not so great. I felt that he gave some misinformation and tried to misguide to sell some stuff on which I am sure he gets some commission. I also interacted with Leo from service department as my corolla was in for service at the same time and I was impressed by the service deptt as well. More

I could not be more pleased with the result of this experience. Salesman located the exact car we wanted, trade value was fair, proce of new vehicle could not be matched by other dealerships. Service was stellar, and the dealership itself was impressive. Every facet of the experience was [leasurable, which is a rare commodity in this day and age. Saleman went out of his way daily to ensure I was kept informed about the process, and the price we settled on was fair, especially compared to the price quotes I received from other dealers (12). Dealership was clean, sales staff was courteous and attentive, and the other folks working there were all upbeat and happy. Salemans was Shawn Gormely - a class act. More

Shawn Gormley is an exemplary salesperson. He was helpful, friendly and fair. At all times, we felt as if he was giving us the facts; there was no high pressure, and he went the extra mile to help us helpful, friendly and fair. We would go back to him for another car in a heartbeat. We were also extremely impressed by Acton Toyota in general. We watched as the service department took in car after car. Customers are treated to a free coffee drink and a free breakfast or lunch while their car is being serviced. This is most unusual, and it's a good way to encourage business for the service department. All in all, Acton Toyota and Shawn Gormley are outstanding! We had been looking for a new Prius for months, and the combination of a great salesperson and a great dealership sealed the deal with us. More

I purchased this car at Ira Toyota in Danvers Massachusetts and hav This is only my second time having my 2008 Highlander serviced at Acton Toyota. I purchased this car at Ira Toyota in Danvers Massachusetts and have had all service performed at that dealership. The two service visits at Ira's were not acceptable. The problem was more management style and taking responsibility for the situation. As a long time senior manager in the customer service field of an electronics company, I understood the poor response was not associated with the worker bees, no matter what their title was it was a senior manager issue. I never received a survey from Ira on either occurrence. Acton Toyota employees from the people in the service entrance, Assistant Service Managers, parts people all have an excellent attitude and they take care of you. That is senior management at work. I came to Toyota to buy a Tacoma. I had gotten a quote on line before I arrived, expecting to just show up, test drive it and buy. When we arrived, Steve was unavailable at the time, so Shawn stepped in and line before I arrived, expecting to just show up, test drive it and buy. When we arrived, Steve was unavailable at the time, so Shawn stepped in and took care of my test drive and answered any questions I had. Shawn's no pressure attitude is how car buying should be. We agreed upon a fair price and made a deal. Three and a half hours after first walking in the door, I was heading home in my new Tacoma. Before we left, Steve came out to show us some of the unique features and answer any questions. This was the best car buying experience I have had. More

I have been a honda owner for over 10 years, but decided I was ready for something new so I came to Toyota to test drive a Matrix. I had gotten a quote online before I arrived, expecting to just show up, te I was ready for something new so I came to Toyota to test drive a Matrix. I had gotten a quote online before I arrived, expecting to just show up, test drive it and leave, but once I got there I fell in love with the Scion xD in the showroom. I had originally had an appointment with Tom, but he was unavailable that day so Shawn stepped in and took care of my test drives and answered any questions I had. Shawn's no pressure attitude was JUST what I needed after spending the morning test driving Mazda's and feeling like I had been on an all day job interview. It was refreshing that I decided on the car I wanted, not the car that the salesman wanted me to buy. After I purchased the car there were a few bumps with my pick up etc.. but considering that I purchased my car at an unfortunate time for Toyota (right in the middle of the huge gas pedal recall), I was still treated very nicely and all my questions were resolved as quickly as possible. The entire staff was very pleasant and happy to help me with my new car... which I love love love. If Acton Toyota was closer to where I lived/worked I would definitely take my car there for service.
