Kyners made me feel like a valued customer I wrote the previous review... Tyler was great to work with and it was easy doing business with the dealership. Was disappointed that Hans wouldn't a I wrote the previous review... Tyler was great to work with and it was easy doing business with the dealership. Was disappointed that Hans wouldn't accept our 100.00 off coupon given to us by the dealership on our last purchase. But overall happy with the result. When Kyners read my review they wrote me a check for 200.00 due to the misunderstanding over the coupon. I have been doing business with Kyners for 18 years and have bought 10 cars from them in 18 years, I have referred friends and family to Kyners as well resulting in 7 more sales for the dealership. I have a long standing relationship with Kyners and am happy to say they valued me as a customer enough to make good on the misunderstanding. I will continue to do business with them and will continue to refer people to them. More
